摘要
根据常压塔顶系统低温轻油部位的腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物组成和工艺特征,分析了这些部位的腐蚀原因。这些部位主要发生"HCl-H2S-H2O"腐蚀。"HCl-H2S-H2O"腐蚀会严重影响设备正常运行。该系统可采用"一脱三注"工艺进行防腐。全面提升"一脱三注"工艺防腐管理水平,有利于实现石油行业的设备安全管理。
Corrosion analysis is carried out according to the corrosion appearance of the low-temperature sites,the composition of corrosion products and the technique characteristics for the atmospheric tower overhead.H2S-HCl-H2O corrosion is the main corrosion causes on the low-temperature sites of the atmospheric tower system.H2S-HCl-H2O corrosion will seriously affect the normal operation of the equipments.The "one removal there injection" methods could be used as the anticorrosive countermeasures for the system.Enhancing of the management level of anti-corrosion is benefit for the safety in the oil industry.
