乳腺癌患者男性照顾者照顾体验的质性研究

Male Caregivers of Patients With Breast Cancer:A Qualitative Research of Caring Experience

目的了解持续照顾时间不同的男性照顾者在照顾乳腺癌患者过程中的照顾体验,为制定生活质量干预策略提供依据。方法采用面对面访谈收集20名乳腺癌患者男性照顾者的资料,并用现象学分析法进行分析。结果持续照顾时间不同的男性照顾者经历了不同程度的情感和认知反应、生理反应、家庭角色改变、生活方式改变、心理反应和经济负担,他们的共同特点是社会支持利用度差、情感难以表达。结论乳腺癌患者男性照顾者这一特殊人群需要得到关注,护理人员可以根据其不同持续照顾时间和性别特征采取干预措施,以提高男性照顾者的生活质量和照顾水平。

Objective To explore male spouses＂ experience of caring for breast cancer patients with different duration of caring, so as to provide the basis for the development of intervention strategies on the quality of life（QOL） . Methods The data of 20 male spouses were selected by face-to-face interviews and analyzed by phenomenological procedures. Results Male caregivers experienced various degrees of emotional and cognitive reactions, physiology reaction, family role change, life style change, psychological reaction and financial burden. Their common features were the poor utilization of social supports and difficulty in expressing emotions. Conclusion As a special population,more focus should be attached to male caregivers. Their gender and duration of caring must be taken into consideration when nursing staff plan the appropriate intervention to enhance their QOL and care ability.
