摘要
目的探讨大疱性类天疱疮合并食管损伤患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2011年9月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院消化内科收治的一例大疱性类天疱疮合并食管损伤患者的临床资料。结果经对症及免疫治疗后,患者食管各段黏膜痊愈,转至血液科继续治疗。结论科学、合理、细致的护理有利于促进大疱性类天疱疮合并食管损伤患者的康复。
Objective To discuss the nursing methods of the patient with bullous pemphigoid and esophageal injury. Methods The clinical data of the patient with bullous pemphigoid and esophageal injury in September 2011 was retrospectively analyzed. Results With the recovery of the esophageal segment mucosa, the patient was transferred to department of hematology for further treatment. Conclusion It is very important to implement a scientific,reasonable and intensive nursing to the patient with bullous pemphigoid and esophageal injury.
