摘要
从所从事理论课程及实践教学环节改革和辅导学生第二课堂等环节对应用创新型人才培养的教学过程进行探讨极有必要。在理论教学环节将专业的前沿技术引入到课堂教学,可以大大丰富学生的知识面。在实践教学环节推行项目教学法,有利发挥不同层次学生的个人特长,充分调动学生学习的主观能动性。通过第二课堂学习加强对科技创新尖子的精英化培养,将进一步对应用创新人才培养起到积极的激励和导向作用。
The paper mainly discussed the teaching strategies of curriculum and experiment innovation, curriculum design and extracurricular technological activity for innovative and practical talents' cultivation. The advanced technological content was introduced during curriculum and experiment teaching. It contributed to broadening the students' knowledge. The project teaching method was proposed in the course of curriculum design. It developed the personal excellence and fully mobilized students" learning initiative. Extracurricular training was emphasized to foster the elite. It further actively promotes and guides the way for innovative and practical talents' cultivation.
