摘要 以乙醇为分散介质,用硅烷偶联剂KH-560对纳米SiO2进行表面改性。讨论了偶联剂用量对纳米SiO2改性的影响,并采用红外光谱和热失重分析表征改性效果。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂与纳米SiO2发生化学反应并接到SiO2表面,改性后的纳米SiO2添加到氯化聚乙烯橡胶中,混炼胶的物理机械性能和工艺性能得到明显提高。 The surface of nano-SiO2 was modified by using KH -560 as modifying agent and ethyl alcohol as disper- sion medium. Influences of mass ratio of nano-SiO2/KH - 560 were investigated. The effect of the surface modification of nano-SiO2 was characterized by FITR, thermal weight loss. The results show that silane coupling agent was grafted to nano-SiO2 surface,the modified nano-SiO2 was added the chlorinated polyethylene for rubber,the result showed the physicomechanical properties and processing properties of the rubber compound was improved obviously.
