摘要
以EVA与HDPE为基体树脂制备耐温125℃紫外光交联低烟无卤阻燃低压(3.0kV及以下)电线电缆用绝缘材料。采用相容剂与弹性体并用的方法改善了低烟无卤绝缘材料的力学性能,引入合适的抗氧剂体系,增加了材料的抗老化性能。系统研究了基体树脂的最佳配比、相容剂、阻燃体系及其它加工助剂对绝缘材料性能的影响。开发出新型的耐温125℃紫外光交联低烟无卤阻燃电缆材料。
Low-smoke and halogen-free cable material (suitable for ≤3.0 kV cable and wire) will be prepared with EVA and HDPE matrix, which shows 125℃ heat-resistance and can be cross-linked by UV-irradiation. Compatible agent and elastomer should be introduced into the hybrid complex to enhance the mechanical properties. Also, elabo- rately selective antioxidants are to be used to enhance the antioxidant capability. The effect of molar ratio of matrix resins, compatible agenf, flame retardants and other assistant agents on the properties has been investigated systemat- ically. It has been provided a new type UV-light cross-linking, low-smoke and halogen-free cable insulation material which shows 125℃ heat-resistance.
