摘要
美国外语教师教学的道德维度包括广泛的关怀和三种主要的道德或伦理关怀:关注人人都有价值;关注学生不应该彼此伤害感情;关注学生学会包容异己。这些关怀包含了美国教师对外语教学的既定目标,也规定了他们在教室里的行为,教师的教学经验体现了美国教师的师德理想。
In America, some writers have written on teacher knowledge of teacher's thinking and behavior in classroom. But until 1990s fewer writers considered the moral and ethical dimension of teaching. The author visits and talks with many teachers working in primary school and junior high school,analyzes and researches the relevant content of talking. English teachers' reports about their teaching show: except the category of caring as a moral dimension of teaching, there are three major moral/ethical concerns : everyone has value of life ;students should not hurt each other's feeling;students should learn to tolerate differences. The teacher's stated goals of LOTE teaching and framed their behaviors in classroom. The teacher's experiences express their ethical dimension and believe everyone's value and dignity.
