摘要 DREB转录因子是重要的转录因子之一,在调控与逆境相关基因的表达、提高植物对逆境胁迫适应性中发挥重要作用。文章综述DREB转录因子的克隆、结构特点、表达、与植物逆境胁迫的关系、信号传导及在植物抗逆基因工程中的应用等的研究进展,指出该领域研究存在的问题如:其他多个逆境条件下DREB类转录因子的研究、受DREB直接调控的基因的特点及其调控机制、DREB自身和结构调控及其调控基因形成的表达调控网络,今后须针对这些问题进行深入研究,为提高作物抗逆性和选育抗逆作物品种奠定基础。 Dehydration responsive element binding protein(DREB) is one of important transcription factors which play an important role in regulating the expression of stress-related genes in plants and improving their adaptability to adversity stress. In this paper, the cloning, structure characteristics, expression of DREB and its relationship to plant adversity stress, signal conduction and its application in plant adversity resistance gene engineering were reviewed, three existing issues in this area were put forward as follows: DREB transcription factors research under multiple adversity conditions, gene characteristics regulated by DREB and its regulation mechanism, regulation of DREB structure and expression regulation network composed of regulating genes. All the issues need further research to lay foundation for enhancing adversity resistance of crops and breeding crop varieties resistant to adversity.
