解决冰箱抽屉侧面变形的注塑模设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对冰箱抽屉成型时的质量缺陷——侧面变形、平面度超标问题,基于Moldflow进行了数值模拟,对六个成型工艺参数进行了分析和优化,得出了一组最优的工艺参数。应用Pro/E对该产品模具的机构和部件进行了总体设计和虚拟装配,包括型腔数目确定、前脸和扣手旋转液压抽芯机构设计确定等,构建了三维实体图并进行了实际模具的制造。生产实践证明,模具设计合理,能够解决抽屉侧面变形问题,可以满足生产质量的要求。 Facing the quality defects including deformation on the side of the refrigerator drawer, larger flatness when molding, the numerical simulation was carried out based on Mold/low, The six molding process parameters were analyzed and optimized, and a group of the optimum process parameters were got. The mechanism and components were designed and virtual assembled using Pro/E. The numbers of the cavity, rotating hydraulic core-pulling mechanism of hand-clasping and former face were decided. The three- dimensional geometry chart was determined and the actual mould was manufactured. It was certified that the mold design was reasonable, and can solve side deformation problems of the drawer and satisfy the requirements of production.
