摘要
采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对塑钢缠绕排水管进行结构设计和环刚度验证,通过理论计算和实测数据的对比来验证有限元法的有效性和准确性,为塑钢缠绕排水管其他管径和带材截面的设计研发提供更为准确的设计方法。
This article completed the structural design and validation of the ring stiffness of steel rein- forced spirally wound PE drainage pipe in use of the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and verified the validity and accuracy of the finite element method by comparisons with theoretical calculation and experimental data. Based on the above analysis, a more accurate method for the diameter and strip cross-section design and development of steel reinforced spirally wound PE drainage pipe was found
