摘要 纤维塑料(FRP)连接件是连接预制混凝土夹芯保温墙体内外层混凝土墙板的关键部件,在墙体中主要承受拔出荷载与剪切荷载。以北京某住宅工程为背景,对板式FRP连接件的材料性能进行了测定,并对此种连接件的抗拔及抗剪性能进行了试验研究。研究表明:连接件抗拔承载力为11.2 kN,抗剪承载力为15.3 kN,满足工程设计要求,并具有较大的安全储备。 Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) connectors which tied internal and external concrete wall- board together were important parts which mainly exposed to the pull out load and shear load in precast con- crete sandwich wall panels. Take residential project in Beijing as the example, the FRP connectors'material properties indicators were investigated, anti-pulling behavior and shear behavior of plate FRP connectors were tested. The resuhs showed that pull-out 11.2 kN and 15.3 kN respectively. The safety margin as well. bearing capacity and shear bearing capacity of the connector were connector could meet the requirements of the design, and had great safety margin as well.
