摘要
为了探索工艺参数及材料微观结构对黄麻纤维增强反应注射成型制品力学性能的影响,采用可变纤维注入技术制备了随机取向黄麻增强聚氨酯制品,利用正交试验分析了黄麻纤维含量、纤维长度和纤维改性处理对材料拉伸性能的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对不同成型工艺条件下制备的拉伸试样的微观结构和断面形貌进行分析。结果表明:当黄麻纤维质量分数为15%、长度为25 mm、纤维进行碱液偶联剂复合改性处理时,制品的拉伸性能最好。另外,该结果与玻璃纤维、碳纤增强聚氨酯制品作相应的对比,为提高实际生产的制品质量提供了理论依据。
In order to explore effects of various processing parameters and micro-structure on mechanical property of jute fiber reinforced polyurethane composites, jute fiber reinforced polyurethane composites were prepared by variable fiber injection technology. The influence of jute fiber contents, fiber length and fiber modification treatment to the tensile properties was analyzed by orthogonal test. The microstructure and fracture surface of the tensile sample were studied through the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the products will get the best tensile performance while jute fiber content was 15%, fiber length was 25 mm and jute fibers were modified with alkali and silane coupling agent compound modification solution. The result was compared with the corresponding research of glass fiber and carbon fiber reinforced polyurethane composites, and can also provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of products in actual manufacture.
