摘要
采用种子乳液法合成具有核/幔/壳三层结构的丙烯酸酯类树脂(ACR),讨论了幔层和第三单体丙烯酸乙酯(EA)对ACR改性硬聚氯乙烯(R-PVC)的影响。结果表明,合适的幔层的引入、EA的加入提高了ACR对R-PVC的改性性能,EA的加入还可以提高PVC/ACR混合体系的加工性能。
Acrylic resin (ACR) with three'tier structure of core/mantle/shell construction was synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization. The effects of mantle, EA on the properties of impact ACR resin modified R-PVC were discussed. Results showed the modified property of R-PVC was improved by introducing the mantle layer and EA. Furthermore, the processability of PVC/ACR can be improved by the addition of EA.
