斩波技术在自动控制系统中的应用

摘要 自动控制系统在工业中大量应用,然而自动控制系统PID有其缺点,就是当被调量在偏差达到最大值,逐渐向设定值逼近时,自动PID根据偏差逐渐返回平衡点,即使参数整定合适,到下一个波形必然会波动,借鉴运行人员手动操作控制思路,能够解决此问题。本文设计了一个逻辑回路,当被调量达到偏差最大值时,及时给PID的输出叠加一个前馈调节,该种控制策略为斩波,能使被调量很快达到稳定,满足工业控制系统快速稳定的要求。 Automatic control system has a large number of applications in industry. However, the PID control system has its shortcoming. For instance, when the adjusted variable is gradually approaching to the set value after the deviation reaches its maximum, even if the parameter is appropriate. This will cause fluctuation in the next waveforrn. According to the manual operation of the operating personnel, we successfully solve this problem. This paper designs a logic loop, which overlays a feedforward adjustment on the output of the PID timely when the deviation between adjusted variable and the set value reaches its maximum. This control strategy, known as chopper, can make the adjusted variable stable quickly, therefore meet the control system for rapid and stable requirements.
