热轧表面线状缺陷对冷板产品质量的影响

The linear defect on surface of the hot rolling product affecting to quality of the cold rolling product

通过金相以及电镜、能谱分析了唐钢CSP线生产的冷轧料在热板、冷板、镀锌各工序的具体形貌以及化学成分。根据分析结果探讨了缺陷的原因，提出了相应的改进措施。

By scanning electron microscope and energy dispersion apectrum analysis the linear protuberance defect on the surface of Csp-materials, cold rolling product, Galvanized product in tang steel. Through analysed the result of the defect, contained characteristic and forming reason of this defect, and then bring forwarded the improve measures.
