水产养殖业综合效益评价研究进展

Research progress of aquaculture overall efficiency

在回顾国内外水产养殖综合效益评价文献的基础上,从评价内容、评价方法、评价理论等方面进行总结,指出综合效益研究多采用AHP分析法、DEA法和模糊综合评价法;在水产养殖经济效益分析中,实证分析法、线性规划法得到广泛应用,技术经济学和计算机相关方法也得到快速发展。而水产养殖社会效益和生态效益的研究相对单薄,主要从外部性理论和消费者剩余理论对社会效益进行研究,资源保护和可持续利用、集约化养殖是目前生态效益研究的重点。此外,水产养殖业综合效益分析需在建立完善的综合效益评价体系、进行社会效益定量分析、生态效益分析等方面进行进一步的研究和探索。

The paper reviewed aquaculture overall efficiency literature,from evaluation content,evaluation method and evaluation theory etc,summaried and pointed that the overall efficiency was generally studied by AHP analysis method,DEA method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;In aquaculture economic benefit analysis,linear programming method and empirical analysis were widely applied;technical method of economics and related computer methods were also fast developed.But aquaculture social benefits and ecological benefits were relatively thin,mainly studied on social benefits by the externality theory and consumer surplus theory.Resource protection and sustainable use,intensive farming were the key of ecological benefit.At last,it pointed that aquaculture overall efficiency analysis need to be established a perfect evaluation system,to be added quantitative analysis on social benefit,and ecological benefit analysis need further research and exploration.
