摘要
采用χ2检验、Ochiai关联指数和Spearman秩相关分析对北沟林场天然次生林乔灌木的种间联结和相关性进行研究,结果表明,所有种对中,呈显著相关和极显著相关的种对数所占比例较少,多数种对间关联程度未达到显著水平,说明林场多数树种间关系不紧密,未形成明显的总体联结性,群落处于相对稳定状态;种间关系分析中,χ2检验和Ochiai关联指数结合使用准确度较高,Spearman秩相关分析结果比χ2检验和Ochiai关联度的结果灵敏度要高;依照分析结果,结合植物种群的生物学和生态适应特征,将北沟林场天然次生林群落中主要树种划分为3个生态种组。
The interspecific relationships among the main plant species of a natural secondary forest in Beigou forest farm were studied by χ2-test,Ochiai association index and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient.The results indicated that:(1) The proportion of species-pairs which had significant or highly significant correlation was less and the connection degree of most species-pairs has not been balked of the level of significance,which suggested that the interspecific relationships between forest tree species are not most closely,did not form a significant overall association of,at a relatively stable community.(2) χ2-test and Ochiai association index using a combination of high accuracy.Compared with χ2-test and Ochiai association test,Spearman's rank correlation coefficient test was more sensitive.(3) According to the analysis and combined with the plant population biology and ecological adaptations,the main plant species of a natural secondary forest was divided into three ecological species groups.
