为了确保农产品从生产到餐桌的食用安全和可追溯,结合本地蔬菜的生产模式,提出了软件的设计思路,对生产基地综合管理平台、蔬菜农药残留检测平台、农产品质量安全追溯系统平台的应用作了详细的介绍。通过与蔬菜生产合作社、超市、农贸市场进行合作,表明东莞市农产品质量安全追溯系统系统的设计和应用,能做到从生产到消费全过程的质量控制和追溯,为当地农产品质量安全监管开拓了思路,为今后更好开展农产品安全追溯和信息化建设打下良好基础。

In order to ensure the safety and traceability of agricultural products from the production to the consumption,combined with the local vegetable production mode,a software design idea was put forward.The application was introduced in detail of the integrated management platform of production base,the detection platform of pesticide residue in vegetable and the traceability system platform of quality and safety of agricultural products.By cooperating with vegetable production cooperatives,supermarkets and farmers＇ markets,Dongguan agricultural products quality and safety traceability system was verified on its design and application.It could work on quality control and traceability in the whole process from production to consumption.It has developed a train of thought for local agricultural products quality and safety supervision,and has laid a sound foundation for the building of agricultural products traceability and informatization in the future.
