摘要
国家对农业科技的重视程度日益提升,而农业院校在培养农业科技创新人才方面肩负特殊使命,高层次农业技术人才培养直接关系到"三农"的发展及农业现代化进程。从高层次农业工程技术人才培养的必要性分析入手,总结了目前高层次农业工程技术人才培养的主要模式及发展状况,从生源、师资、教学质量、管理体制等方面分析了制约高层次农业工程技术人才培养的关键因素,并探讨了提升高层次农业工程技术人才培养质量的对策。
Chinese Government has attached an increasing importance on agricultural science and technology.As an institution of higher learning,agricultural universities and colleges play a great important role in fostering agricultural sci-tech talents.High-level agricultural sci-tech professionals is of great importance to promote the development of agriculture,rural areas,farmers and agricultural modernization.This paper started with the necessity of fostering high-level professionals in agri-engineering technology,discussed the main cultivating modes and its development,analyzed the factors which constraint the quality of fostering from the perspectives of enrollment sources,team of faculty,management system and mechanism.It further explores how to improve the fostering quality.
