典型岩溶流域洪涝灾害特点与成灾机理分析——以贵州后寨河流域为例 被引量:3

摘要 以水文资料为依据,结合实地考察,分析了贵州后寨河流域洪涝灾害的特点,认为岩溶区独特的水文地质条件和地貌组合是成灾的背景条件,暴雨集中是洪涝灾害发生的主要原因,但日益增强的人类活动加大了洪涝灾害发生的机率,并使突发性的涝灾逐步演化为周期性的涝灾,洪涝灾害的演变趋势也变得更为复杂。从自然和人文两方面提出流域的防洪减灾对策,以确保该区经济的持续稳定发展。 With the hydrological data and those from field research,the characteristics of flood disaster in the Houzhai River basin,Puding County,Guizhou,are analyzed.The authors consider that specific karst hydrogeological conditions and unique terrain structure contribute to development of severe flood.The concentrated rainstorm is a key factor to cause flood disaster while the irrational human activities increase the probability of flood occurrence.The flood disasters are gradually evolving from abrupt to periodical,and their trends have become more complex under the irrational human activities.In the paper some measures of disaster prevention and mitigation are put forward in order to ensure the sustainable economic development of the Houzhai River basin.
