皮肤CT在扁平疣、脂溢性角化病、汗管瘤诊断中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨扁平疣、汗管瘤、脂溢性角化病的皮肤CT图像诊断意义。方法选取临床疑诊扁平疣的患者22例,汗管瘤、脂溢性角化病的患者各20例,进行皮肤CT扫描检查。结果3种疾病皮肤CT和组织病理检查结果经统计学分析,无显著性差异。结论皮肤CT对汗管瘤、脂溢性角化病、扁平疣3种疾病具有辅助诊断和提供鉴别诊断线索的作用。 Objective To explore diagnostic value of confocal laser scanning microscopy on verruca plana, syringoma and seborrheic keratosis. Methods To select a clinical diagnosis of verruca plana, syringoma and seborrheic keratosis, we examined in confocal laser scanning microscopy and histopathologic examination on the same lesions. Results we make the statistical data pro- cessing between confocal laser scanning microscopy and histopathologic examination, which reveals that there is no striking dis- similarity between them. Conclusion Confocal laser scanning microscopy in the diagnosis of verruca plana, syringoma and sebor- rheic keratosis have diagnostic and differential diagnosis value.
