摘要
目的:评价国产肩锁钩板治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2006年12月-2011年2月在我院行国产肩锁钩板治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位的18例患者的临床资料。结果:所有病例均获随访,时间12-36个月,平均(24.21±1.25)个月。术后3-4周,肩关节活动基本恢复正常;6周后患者恢复工作和体力劳动;3个月后取出内固定。术后无钢板断裂、螺钉松动和再脱位。按Karlsson疗效评价标准,优15例、良12例、差1例,优良率为94.4%(17/18)。结论:国产肩锁钩板治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位,可早期活动肩关节,关节功能恢复满意,疗效肯定。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects of treating grade Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation with clavicular hook plate made in China.Methods：The clinical data of 18 cases grade Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation patients treated with clavicular hook plate made in China were retrospectively analyzed from 2006.12 to 2011.2.Results：All the 18 patients were followed up for 12-36 months, and the average following up time was （24.21±1.25） months. 3-4 weeks after operation, the function of shoulder joint recovered to nonnal; 6 weeks after operation, the patients recovered work and manual labour; 3 months after operation, the intemal fixation was taken out. No plate fracture, loosened screw and redislocation after operation. According to Karlsson＇s standard, the good rate was 94.4%.Conclusions：Treating grade Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation with clavicular hook plate made in China can exercise shoulder joint early and satisfactorily recover the function of should joint, and the therapeutic effects is confirmed.
