摘要
种分分解粒度会周期性的出现细化和粗化,通过多年实践摸索,观察粒度分布,调整附聚条件和分解温度、分解槽固含、旋流分级等。总结出一系列比较简捷有效的调整控制方法和应对措施,使粒度周期性变化的幅度明显降低,稳定了产品粒度。
During tile seed precipitation, the refining and coarsening of seeds will periodically occur. After many years of practices, a series of simple and effectual methods and countermeasures are summarized such as observation the distribution of seed sizes, regulation the agglomeration condition, precipitation temperature, solid content in the seed precipitator and cyclone classifying, changing amplitude of sizes are obviously decreased, and the sizes of produets are stabilized.
