The influence of Al_2O_3 materials on synthesizing ZnAl_2O_4 spinel powder by the solid phase reaction method

摘要 采用固相反应法,合成了锌铝尖晶石粉体。运用热分析、XRD、SEM分析等方法,研究了Al2O3原料种类对合成锌铝尖晶石的影响。研究表明:原料种类对合成反应开始温度有直接影响,以Al(OH)3作为Al2O3的原料与以非活性Al2O3作原料相比,生成锌铝尖晶石的开始反应温度降低近400℃;XRD和SEM分析表明,以Al(OH)3作为Al2O3的原料,锌铝尖晶石的开始生成温度为800℃,随合成反应温度升高,锌铝尖晶石的生成量显著增加;以ZnO、Al(OH)3为原料合成锌铝尖晶石的最佳合成温度为1200℃,保温时间为3h,合成得到的锌铝尖晶石呈立方晶粒,晶形发育完整,平均粒径为15μm。 Using the solid phase reaction method, ZnA12 04 spinel powder was synthesized. By thermal analysis, XRD and SEM, the influence of different Al2O3 raw materials on synthesizing ZnAl2O4 spinel powder was studied. The results showed that various AI2 03 raw materials directly influenced on the beginning synthetic temperature of ZnAl2O4 spinel and the starting temperature of forming ZnAl2O4 spinel dropped about 400℃ comparing Al (OH) 3 as Al2O3materials with inactive Al2O3. By XRD and SEM, the forming temperature of ZnAl2O4 spinel was 800℃ if using A1 ( OH ) 3 as Al2O3 materials, and the forming amounts of ZnAl2O4 spinel notably raised along with the synthesizing temperature rising. The best synthesizing temperature was 1200℃ using A1 (OH)3 and ZnO as materials, and the time of heat insulating was 3 h. ZrtAl2O4 spinel powder synthesized was cubic crystal with average grain of 15μm.
