摘要
通过研究焦作万方280kA电解槽的临界极距以及极距与电流效率的关系,配合强化电流强度,探索传统结构电解槽以及新型结构阴极电解槽低电压节能技术潜力。同时关注产量和成本构成,进行最优化分析,以提升电解厂的综合盈利能力。
By studying the critical ACD and the relationship between ACD and CE of 280kA cells, low voltage energy saving technological potential of traditional structure cells and the new cathode structure ceils are explored. The output and cost composition are analyzed and optimized to enhance the overall profitability of the aluminium smelter.
