摘要
舟山独特的海岛地理环境,岛际之间多通过海底电缆供电,变电站内广泛应用备用电源自动投入装置来确保供电的可靠。但是随着电网结构的发展,特别是架空线供电方式的投运,常规的变电站备自投装置动作策略已不能满足舟山海岛电网特有的"架空线+海缆"运行方式的需要,本文针对这种情况在现有备自投策略的基础上进行了改进,提出了一种适应舟山海岛电网运行要求的改进变电站备自投策略。目前,基于该策略的变电站备自投装置已经在220kVPL变电站得到了实际应用,运行状况良好,证明该策略正确有效,同时该原理的备自投装置还可应用在分期建设初期的单变单线供电电网,具有比较广泛的应用前景。
The unique geographical environment of Zhoushan Island, most of islands powered through the submarine cable from border, so the application of standby power automatic supply device widely in substations to ensure the reliability of power supply. But with the development of power grid structure, especially the use of overhead line power supply from one island to another, the conventional substation standby power automatic input device of action strategy can not meet the special operation mode of power grid in Zhoushan Island, which powered with overhead lines and submarine cable. On the basis of existing strategies, this paper proposes an improved strategy, this strategy can adapt to the requirements of the development of power grid. At present, based on the strategy of substation auto-switching is already have been applied to practice in 220kV PL substation, running in good condition, proved that the strategy correctly and effectively, at the same time, the principle of auto-switch-on device can also be used in staging early construction of single variable linear power supply, it has a broad application prospects.
