摘要
基于临界理想直径(DI)模型,采用非线性拟合、多元化分析等方法,建立了20CrMnTiH钢淬透性预测数学模型,根据回归方程分析了钢液中化学成分对淬透性的影响,采用VC语言对数学模型进行程序编写。结果表明:模型预测值与实际值吻合度较好,J9、J15平均偏差分别在3.79%与5.78%,基本能满足实际生产的需要。
Based on the critical ideal diameter, using nonlinear fitting and multivariate ananlysis meth- od, the mathematical model is established to predict gear steel 20CrMnTiH hardenability band. the influ- ence of chemical composition in steel on hardenability was analysed, and the mathematical model is pro- grammed using VC language programming. Through comparing the values from forecasting model with the actual values, superior similarity was gotten. The average deviations of J9 and J15 are 3.79% and 5.78% respectively, which could meet the needs of production.
