摘要
分析了影响帘线钢拉拔性能的因素,从盘条的表面质量、夹杂物、成分偏析和轧钢工艺参数四个方面对安钢高线帘线钢的生产进行了优化,提高了安钢帘线钢盘条的拉拔性能。
The article analyzed the factors affecting drawing property of tyre cord steel coil. The production of tyre cord steel coil is optimized from such four ways as surface quality, inclusion, casting segregation and roiling process parameters in Anyang Iron ＆ Steel Group Co., Ltd., and drawing property of tyre cord steel coil is enhanced.
