摘要
介绍了国内热作模具钢LF炉精炼常用渣系的组成、各成分的特性及其在精炼过程中的作用,对比了不同精炼渣成分配比对精炼效果的影响。结果表明:炉渣碱度、(FeO+MnO)含量等对热作模具钢精炼过程中脱硫、脱氧、去夹杂物有很大的影响,开展新型渣系的研究对提高LF炉精炼效果十分必要。
Hot work die steel contains more alloying elements and requires a higher cleanliness level, the refining process has great influence on the performance of die steel. The study presented the composition of the refining slag system of the Hot work die steel in domestic steel plants, the characteristics of each component and its role in the refining process, compared the influences of different composition mix of the refining slag on melting results. Results have shown that hasicity, (Fe0 + Mn0) content etc in the refi- ning slag of hot work die steel has a great impact on desulfurization, deoxidation, removal of inclusions during melting process, and to carry out the research of new slag system is necessary to improve the refi- ning effect of LF.
