摘要
针对安钢X52管线钢出现超声波探伤不合格的问题,分析了缺陷产生的原因及形成机理。分析认为,引起本次探伤不合格主要是钢中的夹杂物过多,以及在连铸过程中液面波动较大引起的卷渣。通过完善RH工艺操作、加强保护浇注,优化结晶器流场等措施,钢中夹杂物明显减少,超声波探伤不合格的问题得到了有效控制。
Aiming at the X52 pipeline steel defects shown by ultrasonic flaw detection, this paper has analyzed the causes and formation mechanism. It has been found out that main reason for defects is too much inclusion, and the drawing-in slag caused by large liquid level fluctuation during the continuous casting process. Through the optimum RH control, strengthening the protection of pouring operation, op- timizing the flow field in the crystallizer and other measures, inclusions in steel are reduced obviously and defects by ultrosonic flaw detection are effectively controlled.
