宽厚板自动控制系统的优化

摘要 在宽厚板生产中有许多因素制约着产品质量,比如钢板存在麻点、板形问题、冷却不均匀等,均会造成成品质量降低。莱钢针对对产品质量影响较大的加热炉区、轧机区、以及MULPIC加速冷却区进行系统优化,围绕以提高莱钢4 300mm宽厚板产品质量为目的,对影响宽厚板产品质量因素的加热炉温度控制系统、轧机动态板型控制系统、MULPIC加速冷却控制系统进行自动化技术的优化,提高了厚板产品质量。 There are many factors affecting the product quality during production of wide & thick plates, such as pitting, flatness problem and inhomogeneous cooling, which will degrade the final plate quality. A dedicated optimization of the automatic control system for the reheating area, milling area and the MULPIC accelerated cooling area should be made in order to improve the product quality. In order to im- prove the quality of 4300mm plates in Laigang, the major quality affecting factors such as furnace temper- ature control system, mill dynamic plate shape control system, MULPIC cooling control system are opti- mized from automatic techonologies, and plate quality is improved.
