胱抑素C的检测与应用 被引量:3

摘要 1概述血清胱抑素C,是Anastasi等首次在鸡蛋清中分离纯化得到高纯度的半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(cysteine proteinase inhibitor,CPI),后被命名为胱抑素c。它由122个氨基酸残基组成,带正电荷,等位点为9.3,是一种碱性非糖化的低分子蛋白,相对分子质量为13300。胱抑素C,是半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂家族中的一员,编码血清胱抑素C的基因位于20号染色体短臂,长约615kb,属于管家基因,能在所有有核细胞中以恒定的速率转录表达。胱抑素c是一种分泌性蛋白,广泛存在于各种体液中,如:脑脊液、唾液、尿液、精液,等等。
