集束干预策略预防中心静脉导管相关血流感染的研究 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨导管相关血流感染集束干预策略(Central Line Bundle,CLB)的制订与实施。方法通过比较,执行CLB以前和以后的CLBSI发生率,确定预防CRBSI集束干预的有效性。结果执行CLB后,CRBSI的发生率下降2.69/1000导管日(由4.24‰降至1.55‰),P<0.05。结论集束干预策略作为主动预防措施并启动多学科的循证研究,可明显降低我院ICU的中心静脉导管相关性血流感染的发生率。
