摘要 概述了高熔体强度聚丙烯(HMSPP)的特点及用途;综述了HMSPP的制备方法和技术难点,着重介绍了直接聚合法、反应挤出法、射线辐照法及共混法4种制备HMSPP的主要方法;阐述了国内外HMSPP的研发、生产及应用现状;相比普通聚丙烯,HMSPP具有独特的拉伸性能、较高的耐热性能和高熔体强度,具有广阔的应用市场;开发制备工艺简单、质量稳定和性价比高的HMSPP新产品是聚丙烯产业的重点发展方向。 The properties and applications of high melt strength polypropylene(HMSPP) were reviewed.The preparation methods and technical difficulties for HMSPP were introduced with focus on polymerization,irradiation,reactive extrusion and blending preparation methods.The research development,production and applications of HMSPP at home and abroad were introduced.Compared with normal PP,HMSPP has particular tensile properties,good thermotolerance and high melt strength.The tendencies for HMSPP development are simple process,stable quality and high performance/price ratio.
