With the new law of criminal procedure clear qualifications of electronic data evidence, Electronic data faces new development opportunities and challenges in the procuratorial work. This article start from the new criminal procedure law＇s promulgation, analysis the concepts and features of the electronic data, the main application of electronic data in procuratorial work and the main problems, and propose corresponding measures from four aspects of the standards, laboratory construction, professional echelon, collaborative mechanism.
