摘要
目前,混凝土结构加固普遍采用纤维增强热固性复合材料,它不仅整体柔韧性较差,破坏没有预兆,界面粘结性能差,而且污染环境.选择国产高性能热塑性工程树脂和高强芳纶纤维、碳纤维及混杂纤维,采用连续在线熔融浸渍技术和连续拉挤成型工艺,分别制备了热塑性树脂基CFRP,AFRP,HFRP片材试件,并对其进行相关力学性能分析,得出热塑性复合片材达到现有加固材料指标.
The fiber reinforced thermosetting composites used in concrete structure reinforcement have some disad- vantages. The eomposite is brittle and there is no sign before breakage. The adhesion between interfaces is poor. And there are some environmental pollution problems. The high performance thermoplastic engineering resin and high strength Kevlar fiber, carbon fiber and farrago fiber were used to produce thermoplastic resin CFRP, AFRP and HFRP by continuous melt dipping technique online and puhrusion processing. Their mechanics performance was studied and the reoult showed the fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite could reach the material index used rein- force material.
