摘要
目的探讨武汉市三级甲等医院护士离职意愿与职业紧张的关系。方法随机抽取武汉市3所三级甲等综合医院的384名护士,采用工作内容问卷、医院护士离职影响因素问卷和离职意愿测量条目对其进行调查。结果武汉市三级甲等医院护士的离职意愿检出率为29.17%;聘用类别、岗位类别、工作要求、自主程度、社会支持、工作激励与成就、医院效益与前景是护士离职意愿的主要影响因素。结论武汉市三级甲等医院护士离职意愿率高,其离职意愿与高要求-低自主工作模式及其他职业因素有关,需要改善不良的职业因素,以减少护士离职的发生。
Objective To explore the relationship between job stress and turnover intention of nurses from 3A - level hospitals in Wuhan. Methods A total of 384 nurses in 3 3A -level hospitals were enrolled by randomly sampling, and Job Content Questionnaire, nurse turnover intention influencing factors and turnover intention measurement item were investigated. Results The detection rate of turnover intention was 29.17%. The influential factors for turnover intention were employment types, working shift types, work demand, work autonomy, social support ,job motivation and achievement, and hospital benefit and prospects. Conclusion Nurses from general hospitals have a high rate of turnover intention, which is correlated with high demand - low control working model and other occupational risk factors. So it is necessary to reduce occupational risk factors,so as to reduce the occurrence of nurse turnover.
