北京某社区脑卒中患者健康行为现状的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of health behaviors of community stroke patients in Beijing

目的调查北京某社区脑卒中患者的健康行为现状。方法采用一般资料调查表和健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ对160名社区脑卒中患者进行调查分析。结果脑卒中患者健康行为均分为(2.62±0.34)分,各维度得分从高到低依次为:营养、人际关系、压力管理、健康责任、自我实现和运动锻炼。文化程度、日常生活活动能力水平是脑卒中患者健康行为的影响因素。结论北京社区脑卒中患者健康行为总体水平处于中等,社区护理人员要采取有效措施,促使脑卒中患者建立健康行为。

Objective To determine the status of health behaviors in community stroke patients in Beijing. Methods One hundred and sixty patients were investigated with general information questionnaire and Health Promotion Life Style Profile II. Results The mean score of health behavior was （ 2.62 ± 0.34 ）. The six dimensions in the descending order of the scores were nutrition, interpersonal relationship, stress management, health responsibility, self - actualization and physical activity. The influencing factors of healthy behaviors were educational levels and the activities of daily living ability. Conclusion The overall level of health behaviors in community stroke patients in Beijing is medium. Therefore it is necessary to take effective measures to enhance the health behaviors of stroke patients.
