摘要
针对储油罐的变位识别与罐容表标定问题,基于微元法的思想建立了储油罐在未变位及变位2种不同情况下油位高度与储油量之间的数学模型。结合实验和实际测量数据,分析小椭圆型储油罐和实际储油罐的变位问题,借助遍历搜索算法确定储油罐的变位参数,进而对变位时的罐容表进行标定。对模型的可靠性、正确性及结果的误差进行分析。结果表明,模型能够较好地解决实际问题,具有较强的实际意义。
In this paper, we established a mathematical model between the oil level heights and reserves of oil tank under the unchanged and changed two different circumstances, in response to therecognition of the deflection of oil tank and the calibration of its reserves, based on the thought of differentiation, and combining the data of experiment and actual measurement. In order to calibrate thetank capacity table, we analyzed the problem of small oval and actual tanks, and determined the deflection parameters of oil tanks, with the help of traversal search algorithm. Besides, we analyzed thereliability and correctness of the model as well as the inaccuracy of the results. The results show that this model can solve the practical problems better and are of strong practical significance, which alsocan be used in other similar areas.
