先天性冠状动脉畸形的外科治疗

The surgical treatment of congenital coronary anomalies

目的探讨先天性冠状动脉畸形的外科治疗方案。方法40例冠状动脉畸形患者行外科治疗，其中冠状动脉起源异常10例，冠状动脉瘘30例。结果1例冠状动脉起源异常患者死于低心排综合征。生存病例随访1-5年，无严重心血管事件发生。结论先天性冠状动脉畸形外科治疗效果良好。

Objective To discuss the surgical management of congenital coronary anomalies. ~vlemoos The data of 40 patients with congenital coronary anomalies treated by surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results 1 patient died in low cardiac output syndrome. All survivors were followed up for 1-5 years. No significant clinical events were observed. Conclusion Congenital coronary anomalies can be successfully performed by surgical management with good results.
