我国文化改革浅论

An intrinsic analysis of cultural reform in China

要进行文化改革,要从定义文化入手,了解文化的内部结构及其相互关联作用。在此基础上,要明确中国传统观念文化,即主流的儒家思想和革命文化的优劣属性价值。文化改革的整体视角讲究的是要全面系统地认识思考文化问题,力戒盲人摸象般的片面性局限性和粗浅性,始终把握好文化改革的根本取向、基本原则和关键措施。文化改革的根本取向就是要由世俗功利文化转向高尚信仰文化。文化改革的基本原则有三:承续扬弃传统文化;吸收创新西方文化;坚持搞好党的领导。文化改革的关键措施一是由下而上逐步创建民主选举产生的监督体系;二是创办一种民主高效的内部讨论园地;三是试行民荐党员的方法促进党的领导。

The nature of things consists of their internal structure and operating characteristics.The essence of cultural reform can be understood by defining culture,and by knowing the internal structure and interaction of culture.On this basis,the attribute value of Chinese traditional culture,i.e.the mainstream culture of Confucianism and revolution,should be made clear.Holistic view of cultural reform includes comprehensively and systematically thinking about all aspects of complex cultural issues,strictly avoiding the one-sidedness and limitations of Blind Men Touching the Elephant（draw conclusion from incomplete data）,firmly grasping the fundamental orientation,basic principles and key measures of cultural reform.The fundamental orientation of cultural reform is a transition from the secular materialistic culture to spiritual belief culture.There are three basic principles of cultural reform： continuously developing the useful and discarding the useless of traditional culture,absorbing and innovating western culture,and persisting in the improvement of the party’s leadership.One of the key measures of cultural reform is the establishment of supervision system by democratic election from down to up.Another measure is the foundation of the democratic and efficient discussion boards.The third is to attempt to promote the party’s leadership by means of publically recommended party members.
