伴脑脊液蛋白细胞分离的多发性硬化1例

摘要 患者,男,51岁,因＂四肢远端麻木伴无力20 d＂入院,2009年2月25日无明显诱因出现四肢远端麻木伴无力,无头痛、呼吸困难及二便功能障碍,右肩背部及右上肩疼痛1月余,自服止痛药后无效,于3月16日,因四肢无力加重,行走不稳,为求进一步诊治,入住我科。40多年前患左侧胫骨骨髓炎,曾在当地县医院手术治疗,一直未愈。查体：血压150/80 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa）,神志清楚,视物模糊,余颅神经未见异常,双上肢及右下肢肌力4级,左下肢肌力3级,四肢肌张力不高,双侧腱反射减退,双侧腕关节以远及双侧足底痛觉减退,
