黛力新联合百乐眠治疗焦虑性失眠的临床观察

Clinic Observation of Deanxit Combined with Bailemian Capsule in Treatment of Insomnia with Anxiety

目的观察黛力新联合百乐眠治疗焦虑性失眠患者的疗效。方法将154例焦虑性失眠门诊患者,随机分成2组,分别给予黛力新联合百乐眠及单一使用百乐眠治疗4周,观察临床疗效、阿森斯失眠量表(Athens InsomniaScale,AIS)失眠评分及症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)焦虑评分。结果黛力新联合百乐眠组在治疗1周时取得明显疗效,有效率高于单一使用百乐眠组(P<0.01)。治疗1周后与治疗前比较,两组AIS失眠评分及SCL-90焦虑评分均有下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),其中黛力新组下降更为明显(P<0.01)。在治疗后2周及4周两组评分呈下降趋势,黛力新组优于百乐眠组(P<0.01)。结论黛力新联合百乐眠治疗焦虑性失眠起效快,效果好。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Deanxit combined with Bailemian capsule on insomnia with anxiety.Methods A total of 154 patients with insomnia with anxiety were randomly divided into two groups,treated by Deanxit combined with Bailemian capsule and only Bailemian capsule respectively for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effects,the Athens Insomnia Scale（AIS） and Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） scores were recorded.Results Obvious therapeutic effect was observed in Deanxit combined with Bailemian group 1 week after treatment,and the effective rate was significanlty higher than that in Bailemian groups（P〈0.01）.AIS and SCL-90 anxiety scores were decreased in both groups 1 week after administration compared with those before treatment（P〈0.01 or 0.05）,which were more obvious in Deanxit combined with Bailemian group（P〈0.01）.These scores exhibited the downtrend in both groups at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,which were better in Deanxit combined with Bailemian group.Conclusion Deanxit combined with Bailemian capsule has quick and good effect in the treatment of insomnia with anxiety.
