热带海域岛礁官兵慢性前列腺炎危险因素调查

Investigation of Risk Factors for Chronic Prostatitis of Military Personnel in Tropical Reefs

目的探讨驻热带海域岛礁官兵慢性前列腺炎的相关危险因素。方法对2007-04/2011-06月某部驻岛礁官兵医院就诊的200例慢性前列腺炎患者进行问卷调查,选择同期内在同一所医院就诊的非慢性前列腺炎的驻地官兵作为对照组,进行病例对照研究,采用Logistic单因素和多因素回归分析,判断可能存在的危险因素。结果驻岛礁官兵中慢性前列腺炎性症状发生的因素按危险度大小依次为精神压抑、尿路感染、酗酒、辛辣食物、频繁手淫、久坐、焦虑和高温。结论热带海域岛礁官兵慢性前列腺炎的发病与心理因素、生活习惯、岛礁环境相关。

Objective To investigate the risk factors for chronic prostatitis of military personnel in the tropical reefs.Methods A questionnaire investigation of 200 military personnel stationing on an reef and diagnosed as having chronic prostatitis from April 2007 to June 2011 was conducted.The healthy military personnel stationing on the mainland during the same period were as control.Univariate and mulvariate logistic regression analyses were performed to investigate the possible risk factors for chronic prostatitis.Results The identified risk factors included sequentially depression,urinary tract infection,insobriety,spicy food,frequent ipsism,prolonged sitting,anxiety and megatemperature according to their odd rations.Conclusion The occurrence of chronic prostatitis among military personnel stationing in the tropical reefs is closely related with psychological factors,life habits and the island environment.
