摘要
远程开放教育为地方经济发展做出了重要贡献,在我国终身教育体系中占据着重要位置。然而,在时代与环境的变迁中,其制度体系的运行存在着目标脱离实际、制度执行效率低、教学与管理滞后等问题,需要在目标设计、机构管理、课程建设、支持服务、质量监控等方面探索和创新,才能保证这一办学模式长远发展。
Distance open education has made great contributions to local economic development and plays a significant role in the life-long education system in China. However, with the rapid social and economic development, the present system has revealed problems like the alienation from reality, low enforcement efficiency, backward teaching and management, etc. To guarantee long-term development, it requires research and innovation in object design, organization management, curriculum development, support service and quality monitoring.
