高校档案收集工作存在的问题及解决对策

档案收集是指把大量分散的文件档案材料接收与集中起来,是档案工作开展的基础。高校档案收集存在着收集效率低、不重视电子文件、归档材料不规范等问题,其原因在于档案意识薄弱、规章制度落实难等方面,解决方法需从加强档案工作的领导,建立健全档案法规,实行"四同步"管理,建立文档统一业务规范等着手,切实加强收集工作。

Archive collection is the work of collecting a large number of dispersed documents to form a complete archive and is the basis of archive work. Based on the existing problems of university archive collection, the article analyzes the reasons why archive collection is difficult and proposes countermeasures to strengthen the collection work from five aspects including strengthening the leadership of archive work, establishing and perfecting archive laws and regulations, implementing the ＂four synchronizations＂ management, setting up a document unified service norms and actively providing archive utilization service.
