摘要
以某A级乘用车流行悬架为对象,进行悬架系统的设计,前悬架选用麦弗逊式独立悬架,设计得到减震器阻尼系数、横向稳定杆设计刚度、抗侧倾力等;后悬架为扭力梁后悬架总成,设计分析得到减震器阻尼系数、减震器最大卸荷力、减震器工作缸径、壁厚、扭转横梁截面高度等参数。后悬架的弹簧设计为空气弹簧,选为1R8009空气弹簧。应用CATIA软件进行三维建模,分别得到前后悬架的零部件与整体图、包括刹车盘、横臂、横向稳定杆、轮毂、副车架、麦弗逊前悬架轴测图、扭力梁、空气弹簧、减震器、扭力梁悬架总成。
The design of suspension system is proposed, with the object of popular suspension of some A level passenger cars. McPherson independent suspension is chosen as the front suspension, torsion beam suspension for suspension assemblies is chosen as the rear suspension, air spring is designed as the suspension spring. With the application of software Catia, the three dimensional modeling of the parts of fore and rear suspension, the assembles of fore and rear suspension, the assembly drawing of the whole vehicle are presented, respectively.
