摘要 建立了外形尺寸相同的管片式散热器和管带式散热器空气侧通道的稳态紊流数学模型。对两种不同类型散热器的阻力特性和表面传热特性进行CFD(计算流体力学)模拟,模拟结果与试验结果符合较好。对数值仿真结果进行分析对比,结果表明同尺寸下管带式散热器的空气侧阻力略大于管片式散热器,但其散热性能与原件相比得到了很大的提升。 A steady-state turbulent-flow mathematical model was constituted for air side channel of the same shape and size of gilled tube radiator and tube-and-fin radiator. Resistance characteristics and surface heat transfer characteristics of two different types of radiator CFD (computational fluid dynamics) modeling, simulation and experimental results are in good agreement. The numcrical simulation results are compared, the results show that the air-side resistance of tube-and-fin water radiator is slightly larger than that of the gilled tube radiator, but its thermal performance has been greatly improved compared with the original.
