无缝隙护理管理对ICU患者护理质量的影响

The effect of seamless nursing management on the quality of care for ICU patients

目的探讨无缝隙护理管理对ICU患者护理质量的影响。方法将无缝隙护理管理的120例ICU患者的作为观察组，另外选择实施无缝隙护理管理以前的120例ICU患者作为对照组，比较两组患者的护理质量。结果观察组护理质量的评分、患者的死亡率、差错的发生率、感染率显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组的患者、护士、医生对护理工作的满意度均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论无缝隙管理有助于提高ICU患者的护理质量，降低病死率。

Objective To investigate the effect of seamless nursing management on the nursing quality for patients with ICU. Methods A total of 120 ICU patients in the implementation of seamless nursing management were chosen as the observation group; another 120 ICU patients before tile implement of seamless nursing management as the control group, the two groups were compared with the nursing quality. Results Score of nursing quality, mortality, incidence rate of errors, infection rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The nursing job satisfaction degree of the patients, doctors, nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions The seamless management can help to improve the nursing quality of ICU patient and reduce the mortality rate.
