心理干预护理对消化性溃疡的效果分析

目的探讨胃、十二指肠溃疡患者采用心理干预护理的效果。方法将我院2008年1月至2009年7月收治的71例胃、十二指肠溃疡患者按入院次序分为对照组和实验组，比较分析两组的护理效果。结果实验组患者的护理效果优于对照组，且恢复所需时间短，复发率低。结论胃、十二指肠溃疡患者采用心理干预护理有利于患者的早日康复，值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing intervention on patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer.Methods From January 2008 to July 2009 in our hospital,the 71 patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into psychological intervention group and control group,the nursing effects of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The restoration of the psychological intervention group was better than that in the routine nursing group,recovery time was shorter and recurrent rate was lower.Conclusions Psychological intervention has satisfactory nursing effects on the patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer,and is good for early rehabilitation discharge of the patients.So it is worth popularizing.
